As a Yoga Therapist living in the beautiful & expansive Okanagan, I offer both indoor and outdoor, private, semi private, community & in house classes as well as on Zoom or Face time. In addition, there are many workshops, courses and gatherings to bring people together in nature, to create personal bodycare & aromatherapy or Ayurveda products to assist in bringing balance to our bodies.

Dawn Boys has been passionately involved in the fitness industry since the late 80’s and began teaching yoga in the mid 90’s. In the early 2000’s she also completed her certification in yoga’s sister science of Ayurveda.
